Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Magnetic Holidays, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness to both customers and our service providers.


1. Tour Package Cancellations by Customer

Domestic Tours:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 100% refund (excluding transaction fees)

  • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Cancellation within 14 days: No refund

International Tours:

  • Cancellation 45+ days before departure: 100% refund

  • Cancellation 30–44 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Cancellation within 30 days: No refund

  • Visa rejection does not guarantee a refund unless otherwise agreed


2. Vehicle Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to travel date: 100% refund

  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund

  • Cancellations under 24 hours: No refund


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Transaction and processing charges are non-refundable.


4. Force Majeure & Service Changes

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

  • If a service is unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal or higher value will be provided at no extra cost.


5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Airfare, train tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable items are not eligible for refunds unless covered under travel insurance.


6. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage protection.
