Payment Policy

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of package cost

• 20–29 days before departure: 50% of package cost

• Less than 20 days before departure: 100% advance required

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before travel: 25% cancellation charges

• 20–29 days before travel: 50% charges

• Less than 20 days: 100% cancellation charges (non-refundable)

• Visa fee non-refundable in all scenarios
