Brief Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (245 Km / 5 Hrs)
Arrival in Delhi and transfer to Haridwar. Check-in at hotel. Evening visit to Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (215 Km / 6 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Barkot (45 Km Drive + 6 Km Trek one way)
Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, then 6 km trek to Yamunotri for Darshan of Goddess Yamuna. Return to Barkot. Overnight stay.Yamunotri Temple, built by Amar Singh Thapa, is the origin of River Yamuna, located near the Bandarpunch glacier at 6,387 m.
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 Km / 4 Hrs)
Drive to Uttarkashi. Enroute visit Prakateshwar Mahadev Cave. In the evening, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Km / 4 Hrs each side)
Early morning drive to Gangotri. Take a holy dip in River Ganga and perform darshan. Return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay.Gangotri Temple was built by Gurkha General Amar Singh Thapa. The origin of the Ganges is Gaumukh, a 19 km trek ahead.
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (230 Km / 9 Hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgaon. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (30 Km Drive + 17 Km Trek)
Early morning drive to Sonprayag and transfer to Gaurikund. Begin trek to Kedarnath. Upon arrival, darshan of Lord Shiva. Overnight stay near temple.Kedarnath Dham is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and part of Panch Kedar, located on the banks of Mandakini River.
Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi (Trek Down + 30 Km Drive)
Attend morning aarti at Kedarnath, then trek back to Gaurikund. Drive to Guptkashi. Check-in and overnight stay.
Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (150 Km / 7 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath. En route visit Hanuman Chatti and Joshimath. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Evening darshan and aarti at Badrinath Temple. Overnight stay.Badrinath Dham, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is one of the 108 Divya Desams and the first of the Char Dham in India.
Day 10: Badrinath to Haridwar (310 Km / 12 Hrs)
After morning darshan, drive back to Haridwar. Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 11: Haridwar to Delhi (240 Km / 5 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Tour concludes with blessings and beautiful memories of the Char Dham Yatra.Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment:

A 30% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or UPI.

Failure to make the full payment before the deadline will result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:

15+ days before departure: 75% refund of the total package amount.
-
7-14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package amount.
-
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
-
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the cancellation request.
3. Itinerary & Schedule:

Magnetic Holidays reserves the right to amend or modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road blockages, or other emergencies.

Any changes will be communicated promptly, and suitable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
4. Travel Documents & Health:

All participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) during the trip.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform Magnetic Holidays in advance of any medical conditions that could affect their participation in the tour.

Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before booking the tour.
5. Accommodation:

The package includes standard accommodation at each destination on a double/triple-sharing basis.

In case of single occupancy, additional charges will apply.

Accommodation is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, alternative arrangements of similar quality will be made.
6. Transportation:

Transportation will be provided by AC/Non-AC vehicles (Bus/Tempo Traveller) depending on the group size and route.

Travel by road may take longer due to the mountainous terrain. Please be prepared for longer journeys.
7. Meals:

The package includes breakfast and dinner at the hotels.

Lunch and snacks are not included unless specified in the itinerary.

Guests with special dietary needs should inform us at the time of booking.
8. Exclusions:

Personal expenses such as shopping, tips, telephone calls, and laundry are not included in the package.

Costs for ponies, palkis, or helicopter rides to temples (if applicable) are not included.

Insurance (travel, medical, or personal belongings) is not included in the package.
9. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover emergencies, including medical issues, trip cancellations, and loss of luggage.
10. Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes), the itinerary may be amended, or the trip rescheduled. Refunds or adjustments will be provided as necessary, based on the situation.

Magnetic Holidays is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from force majeure events.
11. Responsibility:

Magnetic Holidays is not liable for any loss of personal belongings, injury, or medical issues during the trip.

We advise all participants to take care of their belongings and adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the tour guides and local authorities.
12. Complaints and Disputes:

Any complaints should be addressed directly to the tour manager or Magnetic Holidays staff immediately, and they will be resolved promptly.

Disputes that remain unresolved will be subject to the jurisdiction in Gwalior, India.
13. Physical Fitness:

The Char Dham Yatra requires participants to be in good physical health, as it involves extensive walking and travel at high altitudes.

Participants with any medical conditions or elderly travelers should ensure that they are physically capable of managing the demands of the trip.
